Privacy
Scout Sick Day is built around a simple first-version rule: free tool entries are not saved by Scout. Fever readings, medicine notes, child names, symptoms, and handoff notes stay in your browser session unless you choose to print or copy them.
Email signup
Signup forms collect your email address and approved signup context. Email contacts are managed through Loops so Scout can send useful sick-day tools and early access updates.
Product analytics
Scout uses PostHog to understand page views, navigation, signup conversion, and action-level tool usage such as print or copy clicks. Analytics must not include child health values, medicine names, doses, symptoms, notes, pediatrician questions, or handoff message text.
Medical boundary
Scout Sick Day is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, dosing guidance, emergency guidance, or a substitute for your pediatrician.
